Mixed-Skills Stations (12–15 min each)

1) Listening: Mini Dialogues

Play three short audios (greetings, shopping, directions). Students tick keywords and write 1 sentence per audio.

2) Reading: Short Paragraph

A student bio combines family, routine, hobbies. Answer 4 comprehension questions + underline present-simple verbs.

3) Speaking: Speed Rounds

Pairs switch every 2 minutes. Prompts: introduce yourself; talk about family; describe a routine; give directions; order food; talk about hobbies.

4) Writing: One-Paragraph Portfolio

Write 6–8 sentences to cover name, family, routine, favorite place, shopping preferences, hobbies. Teacher highlights target forms.

A) A1 Jeopardy

Categories: Greetings, Family, Routines, Places, Shopping, Hobbies. Teams answer to win points.

Mini Mock Quiz (12–15 minutes)

  1. Listening (3 pts) — Check three words you hear (family/routines/places).
  2. Grammar (5 pts) — Choose: is/are, have/has, do/does, there is/are, some/any.
  3. Vocabulary (4 pts) — Match 4 pictures (shopping/food/places) to words.
  4. Writing (4 pts) — 4–5 sentences about your day (include 1 time + 1 hobby).
  5. Speaking (4 pts) — 1 minute: introduce yourself & answer two questions.
